Our Classes
CrossFit classes use constantly varied workouts performed at relative high-intensity. Workouts generally include a combination of weightlifting, strength or skill training and cardiovascular conditioning. Each day provides a new, strategically programmed workout designed to improve speed, stamina and strength. Each CrossFit class is one hour long and we offer classes six days a week.
At CrossFit Mukilteo, we cater workouts to adjust for each person’s specific needs. We can scale workouts up or down, dependent on athletes’ skill-level and capacity. We can also modify all movements for any injury or limitation that you may have.
We understand that everyone has a different reason for doing CrossFit. Some athletes aspire to become elite competitors. For some, their goal is to improve other variables of their health and for others, it provides the mental break they need to ease the stressors of their life outside the gym.
Whatever your reason, we are equipped to understand your unique needs and help you see improvement to thrive in your daily life.

Weightlifting
We offer a daily Olympic weightlifting class at CrossFit Mukilteo that is available to all members and experience levels! Olympic Weightlifting consists of the snatch and clean and jerk lifts. Whether your main focus is weightlifting, or if you want to improve your Olympic lifts in your CrossFit workouts, this is the place for you! The class will build the strength and skills needed for Olympic lifts through varied programming in a small group setting.
Our weightlifting class generally runs longer than a normal CrossFit class, at around 75-90 mins.

Bootcamp Class
Not quite ready to try CrossFit? Our Bootcamp classes are a perfect introduction to the high-intensity format of CrossFit, combining strength training, cardio, and functional movement to help you build confidence and get stronger in a supportive group setting.
You’ll be guided by a coach every step of the way, with movements scaled to meet you where you are. No experience needed — we’ll teach you proper form, modify exercises as needed, and cheer you on from start to finish.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness or trying something new for the first time, Bootcamp is the perfect place to start.
Our Bootcamp classes are one hour long and we offer classes Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am and 5pm.
